OK...I will confess...I was watching a Netflix series and heard someone say, "Man Plans God Laughs". I had never heard that phrase before and it really struck a nerve. So I knew I had to write a song with that sentiment. We all have our ideas about how our lives will go and how we want them to go. But...it's not always the way we want it. Sort of like a weather forecast on Channel 5 (or any channel). They tell you one thing, but it turns out differently.
